These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Best Sniper Bot ("we", "us"). By accessing bestsniperbot.net or connecting a wallet to our terminal, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You may use Best Sniper Bot only if you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live), have full legal capacity to enter a contract, and are not barred from using the service under any applicable law or under our Compliance Notice. You are responsible for ensuring that using an automated on-chain trading tool is lawful in your jurisdiction.
Best Sniper Bot is a web-based, non-custodial tool that monitors newly launched Solana tokens and, according to the rules you configure, helps execute buy and sell transactions. You keep control of your own wallet and keys at all times. We never take custody of your funds and cannot move your assets except through transactions that your own wallet authorises.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features, supported platforms, limits and pricing may change, and parts of the service may be unavailable during maintenance, network congestion or events outside our control.
Some features require a paid plan. Plans are billed in SOL to an address shown to you at checkout. You must send the exact amount from the wallet you signed in with. Payment terms, activation and the exact-amount rule are described in full in our Refund & Payment Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
A paid plan unlocks additional functionality for its stated period. It does not change the risks of trading and does not entitle you to any refund except as set out in the Refund & Payment Policy.
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. Among other things, you must not attempt to attack, overload, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service, or use it to break any law or to harm others.
Nothing on bestsniperbot.net or in the terminal is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. Any data, scores, filters or signals shown are informational only and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You make your own decisions.
The service interacts with independent networks and platforms such as Solana, launchpads, decentralised exchanges and RPC providers. We do not control them, are not responsible for their performance, and are not affiliated with or endorsed by them. See our Trademark & Affiliation Notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that it will detect any particular token, avoid any loss, or achieve any result.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Best Sniper Bot and the people behind it will not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, lost funds, missed opportunities, failed or delayed transactions, rug pulls, scams, network or RPC failures, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service. You use the service at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses or expenses arising out of your use of the service, your trades, your content, or your breach of these Terms or of any law.
We may suspend or terminate access to the service, in whole or in part, at any time - including where we reasonably believe there is abuse, unlawful activity, a security risk, or a breach of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time by disconnecting your wallet.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms, together with the documents they reference, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it.
