1. Data we handle

Depending on how you use the service, we may handle:

• Wallet address. When you connect a wallet, your public Solana address is used as your account identity so your settings and plan follow you across devices.
• Terminal settings. The strategy, filter and interface preferences you configure are stored against your wallet address so they persist.
• Subscription data. The plan you hold, its expiry, and the on-chain payment details needed to confirm a purchase.
• Contact details you provide. If you message us or submit a Telegram handle for the community, we keep what you send so we can reply.
• Technical data. Standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and timestamps) generated automatically for security and reliability.
• A session cookie. A single cookie keeps you signed in - see our Cookie Policy.

2. What we do not collect

We do not collect your name, and we do not require an email address to use the terminal. We never take your wallet's private key or seed phrase. We do not build advertising profiles or share data with ad networks.

3. Why we handle it

• To provide the service - sign-in, saving settings, applying your plan and confirming payments.
• To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
• To respond to your messages and support requests.
• To operate, maintain and improve the product.

4. On-chain data is public

Your wallet address and its transactions live on the Solana blockchain, which is public and permanent. Anything you do on-chain (including payments to us) can be seen by anyone and is outside our control. This is a property of public blockchains, not something we create.

5. Third parties we rely on

We use a small number of service providers to run the product, for example:

• RPC / blockchain data providers to read the Solana network and confirm payments.
• Hosting and content delivery to serve the site, along with the fonts and icon libraries it loads.

These providers process data only to perform their function. We are not responsible for the independent networks and platforms the terminal interacts with.

6. Storage and security

Data is stored in our database keyed to your wallet address. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it. However, no online service can be guaranteed fully secure, and you use the service at your own risk.

7. Retention

We keep account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You may ask us to delete data associated with your wallet, subject to any records we must keep. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security.

8. Your choices

• You can disconnect your wallet at any time, which ends your session.
• You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the data linked to your wallet by contacting us.
• You can decline non-essential cookies at the browser level; note the essential session cookie is required to stay signed in.

9. Children

The service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date shows the current version. Material changes will be reflected here.
